No, you can not track your order.
After you place an order, it will be neatly packed and processed at PostNL. PostNL then ensures that the package is properly delivered to you.
You have 14 days to return the product, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in original packaging. To return the order, the return costs are for your own account.
Unfortunately, you can not exchange your purchased items. We don’t offer standard exchanges. To receive a different size, style or color, please place a new order via our webshop! Please note that only products in original condition and packaging will be accepted. Somewhere Someday reserves the right to refuse returned items. When your return meets the conditions, we will refund your order.
If something isn’t quite right with your order, you can request to return your pieces for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS – IT’S SIMPLE
1 Register your request for a return via e-mail.
You can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: If you don’t e-mail your request for a return, we will not be able to offer you a refund.
2 Stick the return label that we’ll send you via e-mail onto your parcel.
Then drop off the parcel at a post office of your choice.
Note: This isn’t a pre-paid label. The shipping cost are at the customers expense.
Please re-use, if possible, the original packaging for return.
After you have placed an order, you will immediately receive an e-mail with the order confirmation. This e-mail is also your invoice and includes all details such as the order number, the ordered items and your details.
